No. A published plan carries no setup charge, and we bring your catalogue, suppliers, batches and test panels across with you as part of joining. Implementation work inside a custom agreement is scoped and quoted separately.

Custom is where a group running many sites, single sign-on against your own identity provider, data residency in a region we do not serve by default, an on-premise deployment, or a procurement process with its own rules all get handled. Every custom conversation starts with a bounded pilot on one site, with our team on it.
