This Cookie Policy explains how Narra Technologies Private Limited ("Narra") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use the Narra platform.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.

We group the cookies we set into four categories:

Strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them, services you have requested cannot be provided, and they cannot be disabled. They cover session authentication, CSRF security tokens, load balancing, and your cookie-consent state.
Enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, set by us or by trusted providers: your language selection, theme preference, last-viewed records, and draft form autofill so you never lose work.
Help us understand how visitors interact with the platform. All data is aggregated and anonymised, and no individual is identified. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not share data with advertising networks.
Collect anonymous information about how the site performs, for example which pages load slowly or where errors occur, so we can fix them.
Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services. We do not control these, and you should check the relevant third party's own policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking cookies.
We do not currently run a third-party website analytics service. Earlier versions of this policy named Google Analytics. It is not in use. If we enable a third-party analytics provider, we will add it to this table and to the sub-processor list in our Data Processing Agreement, and ask for your consent before it sets any cookie.
The complete, current list of the sub-processors that handle your platform data is published in our Data Processing Agreement, and we give 30 days notice before adding a new one.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can change your choices at any time in Account Settings, then Privacy, then Data Usage, or by reopening the cookie banner from the link in the site footer. Your choice takes effect immediately and we record when it was made.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can view stored cookies, delete all or site-specific cookies, block all or only third-party cookies, and set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set.
If you disable essential cookies, the platform will not function correctly and you will not be able to log in or access your records. Disabling functional and analytics cookies has no impact on core functionality but may reduce your experience.
We honour the "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When either is enabled in your browser, we do not set analytics or performance cookies. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no sale for GPC to stop; we treat it as an opt-out of all non-essential tracking.
Cookies do not store your health records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any Protected Health Information. Health data lives in our secure databases, encrypted at rest and in transit, and governed by our Privacy Policy.
Session authentication cookies store only an opaque session identifier, never your name, health data, or any personally identifiable information. That identifier is invalidated when you log out.
This section applies to healthcare deployments. In a commerce deployment no health data is processed, and everything else in this policy applies unchanged.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above, notify you by email or an in-app notice for significant changes, and may ask you to re-confirm your preferences.
